What Are The Warning Signs To Be Looked For After A Concussion?

Hi. First, thanks for offering this service!
I am a 50-year-old male, reasonably fit. I am pretty sure I got a concussion while on vacation roughly 48 hours ago. I smacked my head against a low-hanging lamp (rotational motion; I was ducking out of the rain and turning to my right). About an hour later, playing with the kids, I sprinted, and a headache bloomed immediately. Since then the headache (it's vague and somewhat diffused but seems located roughly in the center of my head) has come and gone. My thinking is a bit foggy, and I'm a bit cranky. I've been resting, not driving, and have been napping a bit over the past two days (unusual for me). No other symptoms (blood or clear fluid from nose, uneven pupils, dizziness, etc).
Tomorrow I am slated to resume work. Having been out for two weeks, I expect many problems to greet me on my return. I also have to drive my mother to a medical appointment during the day. Are there any warning signs I should be looking for to ensure I don't overextend myself?
Thanks!

Hi...
The signs of head injury are loss of consciousness, projectile vomiting, giddiness, severe persistent headache, blurring of vision, amnesia (forgetfulness), anosmia (loss of smell), seizures, ear/nose bleed. Critical time for a head injury is 48 hrs.
Concussion takes time to subside.
In your scenario-
the critical time is passed but since the head ache is persisting you need to be little careful.
things to do-
1) continue rest.
2) take analgesics for pain -tab. diclofenac 50mg twice a day ( if asthmatc take paracetamol 500mg twice/thrice a day.
Do not take tramadol as it may cause giddiness, drowsiness, nausea and vomiting.
3) Clouding of thoughts still present with foggy thinking i suggest you to visit a hospital for further management like CT scan and treat accordingly.
4) avoid driving till these symptoms subsides.
