What Are The Wart Looking Patches On Vagina And Spots On The Bum Cheeks?
Right I have those wart like looking bit of skin on near the lip of my vagina and it's been there for years, it doesn't seep it's just there and I have had no sexual contact what could it be? Also I get fairly bad spots on my bum cheeks how do I get rid of or prevent these and what causes them? Thanks

You seem to be having skin tags.
These are basically extensions from the normal skin.
These are basically harmless skin lesions and can be left on their own without any harm.
These may tend to slowly increase in size with time but these are not contagious or harmful.
