Hello raed your question The normal dietary calorie intake of your age ranges from 2000 to 2500 calories... so your aim is to fulfill this..so have adequate food with less preservatives.. Take foods like ghee, cheese and high calorie foods.. Sleep atleast 12 hours a day.. all the best for your weight gain..
