Hello;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
The basic criteria to get pregnant are:-regular periods;proper ovulation;patent fallopian tubes;and normal semen analysis of your husband.The irregular periods can be due to PCO and it needs to be treated.The above treatment given by doctor like Glucophage and spironolactone is for your PCO and the as you said anti-pregnancy tablets or birthcontrol pills are given for you to make your periods regular.So please follow the treatment for 2 months and then try for pregnancy.
Thanks

Hi
Welcome to HealthcareMagic.
Pregnancy in PCO is not impossible but to be managed carefully.You can get pregnant even if you have PCO.So , please wait till the treatment is over and don’t be anxious about it.
The treatment you are receiving is appropriate and continue the regimen as prescribed.Once your hormones are regular , periods are regular , you can try for pregnancy.if needed treatment with ovarian stimulating drugs can enhance your chances of pregnancy.You may not need any procedures.
If you need more information feel free to mail me.
Take care
