What Are The White Patches On My Forehead After Exposure To Sun?

Hi Doctor,
I have developed white patches over my forehead, arround ear and outer palm from the last 5 months.
This happend soon after exposing to sunlight after going for swiming.
My thyroid has been normal
ALT was 164 arround 5 months back, now its just 68
I would like to know what is this?

These white patches may be due to sun exposure, its known as Polymorphic light eruption or PMLE.

Apply sunscreen regularly.

You can take antihistamines like, tab levocetrizine 5 mg twice daily.

Your doctor may advise you use of midpotent steroid cream after looking at your condition.
