What Are Tight Abdominal Muscles, Bloating And Irregular Bowels Suggestive Of?

Loose stool 30 days ago when it started. I feel abdominal muscle tighten sometimes, abdomine sore sometimes, bloating sometimes, irregular stool movements, soft stool but last three days smaller than average movement. And a brown substance that makes it hard to get clean after movement. Normally I have gas expelling from me every day but lately not always. WHAT IS THE DIAGNOSIS

When you take fried , fast foods bakery items tea ,coffee, alcohol , smoking your digestion system becomes upset and you mostly suffer from loose stool , constipation ,Belching or passing gas clears gas from the digestive tract, but when gas is stuck it causes abdominal pain.
