What Are Tiny Itchy Bleeding Spots Spreading Over The Whole Body Worsening At Night?
Hello my names Lucy and in the past few weeks ive started getting tiny itchy spots that bleed, and they have started to get worse and spread around my body, and it gets worse on a night and it stops me from sleeping, i don t have a clue what they could be.
I can understand your concern for tiny itchy bleeding spots spreading over the whole body worsening at night.
The typical of night itching history disturbing your sleep is typically seen in the mite infestation known as "Scabies".
IN my patients with your kind of problem I prefer to give an antimite treatment with Permethrin 5% cream. It is to be applied at night time only once all over body below neck.
An antihistamine like cetrizine is quite helpful once at night to reduce itching. Just check out for any other family member or friend having same kind of problem and treat that person accordingly.
All the best.
