Increased WBC(white blood cell) count indicate some infection in the body. Increased CRP(C-reactive protein) is also related to infection. It is important to know clinical details of the patient. In most of the infections,WBC count is increased. However, exact etiology should be found out by further investigations. Proper treatment depend upon underlying etiology.
