There should be no such cattagary , only one thing you can do is avoid sex or do protected sex between ovulation period- i.e 10- 18 days after first day of menses.

there is no specific diet for this purpose.
the first week and the last week of the mestrual period are generally safe.
But it is always recommended to use contraceptive

Hi,thanks for query.No food what so ever can reduce your fertility.If you want to avoid pregnancy then you must have to use regular method of contraception as per your choice after discussing it with your doctor.There are many options available,but if you are newly married normally pills are popular and safe option.bye.
