Hi. I've gone through your query and I can understand your anxiety.
Bowel movements or gastrocolic reflex is a physiological reflex happens due to the hormones release past food intake. If the reflex happens repeatedly, then the underlying cause should be worked out.
I advice you to have an appointment with gastroenterologist for further assistance. Do blood, stool & urine analysis. Treatment is based on the cause. If diarrhea, take antidiarrheal medications & if bowel disorder, diet plan is required
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care.
Regards, Dr. Yogapriya V, General and family physician
