What Can I Do About Chest Tightness And Breathlessness Linked To PCOS And Anxiety?

Hi..last month I had episode of long menstrual flow( for around 25 days) and I was so worried about infertility and constantly read articles online...one night I was panicking and all of a sudden my heart started beating heavily and I had chest tightness and shortness of breath...I went to doc next day who diagnosed me with pcos and put me on pills...after that I had mild episodes of chest heaviness and breath shortness but not severe...one evening I started getting it again and checked my pulse it was 125 - 135 almost...couldn't sleep because constantly felt like I would have a heart attack.. next day went to doctor and did a echo ,tmt,blood sugar and haemoglobin test...everything came out normal...doctor said it could be anxiety or some muscle pain...I still have it and can't stop thinking about this and researching it.please help me

Hi,

When all the cardiac investigations have come normal, you should stop getting upset and tense. Instead, continue treatment of PCOD sincerely. Though it's a long way to go, there are positive results many PCOD patients are now happy mothers. So be positive and patient. Engage yourself in taking medicines advised, undertaking diet advised regular exercises (yoga and walking) you would definitely conquer PCOD.
