What Can I Do For Dark Lump On Right Thigh ?

hi my name is durim and i have a dark blackish lump on my upper right thigh. its hard and red and had a sorta white head type pore on it. i popped it and only blood came out. what is it and what can i do.??

it may be nevus ,fibroma. lichenoid lesion or else
u need to consult doctor
laser and other surgical option are there to remove it
dont try to popped it out
white head type pore may due to infection only
