What Can I Do For Heaviness In Head, Pain, And Dizziness?
Hi goodmorning
I would like to know, I seem to have a very long case of a head cold, when I try and put my head low towards the ground with my bum. In d air the pain and heaviness I feel in my head makes me feel dizzy
I also seem to have a small lump behind my right ear not directly behind but more on my neck part.
Please explain what I can do and weather the haviness is caused due to the head cold or d lump

Heaviness in the head may be due to sinusitis.
A thorough ENT examination is needed to confirm the diagnosis and detect the cause for longstanding sinusitis.
Neck lumps do not cause heaviness of head.
