Hello,

In my opinion, you should consult another psychiatrist because Clonazepam is a prescribed drug and it will be prescribed by psychiatrist only. So try to book an appointment with another psychiatrist.
You will also need counselling sessions.

Try to identify stressor in your life and start working on its solution. With the help of counselling and anxiolytic drugs (Clonazepam), you will be alright. Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
