What Can I Do To Alleviate The Burning In My Feet Caused By Sensory Neuropathy?

Hi my feet burn, I was told I have sensory neuropathy. This has been going on for about 12 years. I am now diabetic (controlled) my A1C is 6.4, nothing helps at all. I have been on gabapentin, cymbalta and now I am on Amitriptyline. I have used every cream made for arthritis, neuropathy and nothing helps. I literally take a bag of frozen peas to bed every night just to ease it enough to fall asleep. I lay awake 4-5 hours before I can fall asleep. I do take 4 ibuprofen before bed with the amitriptyline and cymbalta. Do you have any suggestions? I am about 20 lbs overweight, used to be very active now I dont want to do too much because I am afraid I will have a bad night.
