What Can I Use To Heal Redness, Itching And Swelling Of Skin?

everyday at different times i start to itch. the spot becomes red, swells up a little, sometimes it scabs if i scratch and each area that itches turns into a dark spot. ive changes detergents, lotions, soaps. Ive washed everything but it continues to happen. why?
