What Can Sevikar Be Substituted With?

Yes, I was given Sevikar in Australia and it was great. Now I am living in NZ and it is not available. The drug they have given me is not working. How can I get the sevikar again or equivalent? I thought that you were there to help not make money. More fool me

Sevikar contains amlodipine and olmesartan. You can take another generic version of these two medicines of equivalent dose. You ask amlodipine and olmesartan combination from pharmacy. Brand name is different for different countries but composition remains same in all countries. You can purchase amlodipine and olmesartan separately also if combination is not available.
You will get amlodipine anywhere in the world. You might not get olmesartan. Losartan is an alternative of olmesartan which is available across the world.
