What Can A 38 Weeks Pregnant Do To Cure Sore Throat, Stuffy Runny Nose And Sneezing?
Im 38 weeks pregnant and ive been feeling sick for two days now. My symptoms are stuffy runny nose sneezing, joint pains, dry nose and sore throat and headaches.im using muscle rub for the leg pains and ricola for sore throat but I keep getting this sharp pain when I sneeze or swallow ive tried using honey, lemon water, herbal teas but its not helping. Is there anything I can take for my throat/nose pain?
You are apparently suffering from common cold/flu. It is safe to take anti-histaminic drug, such as Levoceterizine twice daily; Steam inhalation through the nose, Saline gargles ( with 4 spoons of salt in a glass of water: and thrice daily paracetamol/acetaminophen.
