hi i am breast cancer survivor i am taking nolvadex 20mg everyday ie tamoxifen because of this can i gain weight

Tamoxifen has a side effect of weight gain but its very minimal, about 9% of patients have gain weight but almost 32% has lost weight.You need to check on what is happening whether increasing or decreasing. If you want to gain weight have raw egg early in the morning with milk, if not diabetic you cam have sweets.
