What Can Be Done For Migraine After Taking Panadol While Experiencing Irregular Periods?

Hi Doc bcoz my monthly period is irregular then if my period came only 1 day after that finish so if I ll try to take pepsu with panadol this have cause on my health or side effect to my migraine...what the best treatment u can advice to me doc.. Thank u
