What Can Be Done For Reoccurring Lightheaded Ness And Nausea?

About six months ago I got out of bed in the morning and became very lightheaded and nausous, I lay back down and started sweating profusely. I was weak and didn r feel good for several hours. It did not happen again for another 4 - 6 weeks. I have had them several times but today it has happened over and over again.

It can be due to hypotension and hypoglycemia. i would recommend you to take little more salt in your diet, take lemonade or orange juice. I would also advice you to take a banana in the morning.
