What Can Be Done For The Sensation Of Bug Bite And Motion Within The Scalp ?
I had a bug bite on my scalp 4 months ago and I am still having a problem. I was breaking out from inside out with oval shape on my arms and legs. Even though my scalp has heal, I still feel a wave or motion within my scalp. I have been to a dermatologist and have received medication for the scalp and arms and legs. Everything seems all right, but I still feel motion on my scalp.
I can understand the concern for the sensation of bug bite and motion within the scalp.
After any long term injury to skin there is tendency to heal with bit of nerve entrapment of superficial nature an sprouting of superficial nerves. These neres produces a feeling of movement or motion.
I advise you to not pinch or pop the area otherwise these areas are very prone for getting secondary infection. You can clean the area and apply fucidin or mupirocin cream for the time being period. You can give NSAIDS pain killer like paracetamol for two times for few days.
Do not try to even touch or pinch the area as can cause more aggravation of the problem.
This feeling remains for a long period of time so do not worry about the same. Take care
