What Can Be Done If Menses Bleeding Is From Urethra?
hello doctor, I am Brijesha. Born in 1987, height 146 and weight 40 kgs and married. When I was born there was a problem that I did not have my rectum open and also did not have openings of urethra or vagina. I had undergone a few surgeries like colestomy and later when I turned 11 they did vaginoplasty for me. After 6-7 months I started getting my menses... I had no idea about it...the doctors considered that operation was successful. But now I came to know that actual menses flow from the vagina..and I am seriously bleeding from my urethra..no confusion. I dont know what to do now. I am really nervous as I was planning to improve my health and then plan a baby. but this seems difficult.
Could you please help me out..is there a chance that without doing any surgery i can conceive? or do i need to undergo knife? I had a sonography test few years back and that time the doctors told that everything is fine only the artificial vagina is bit small. But that time i did not know that menses flows from vagina actually. I am really confused. Could you please help me?
regards, Brijesha
