What Can Be Done To Calm An Infant After Vaccination?

My 4 month old baby got her vaccinations today... Now 5 hours later she woke up from her nap crying/ shrieking like never before... I tried feeding her, holding her, distracting her but nothing has helped... Do you think something is wrong? I gave her 2.5ml tylenol as dr instructed.

it is normal to have these type of symptoms after this vaccine. not to worry. can give tylenol four time in 24 hours. do cold fomentation by appy ice at injection site
