Hey, for a while now I have had many red bumps on my upper arms that I believe matches the description that I have found online of keratosis pilaris. I was wondering what could be done to get rid of these spots as they make me very self conscious to the point that I will not wear short sleeves and if I have to I will apply foundation to my arms. I really wish to have these spots gone!!!
