What Can Be Done To Overcome Back Pain In Pregnancy ?

im 21 weeks pregnant and got a really bad sharp digging pain in my back and i can not poo plz help

Hi,
If the pain is starting in the lower abdomen and radiating to be the back then it could be due to false pain or fetal movements.Constipation may also cause a discomfort.
I suggest that you see your OB and get medication/tocolytics for the pain and a mild laxative.Drink plenty of water and increase fibre in your diet.
