What Can Be Done To Regain The Use Of The Paining Arm?

I had to have 2 different antibiotics intravenosly for an infected toe. In order to be mobile the nurse put each in a fanny pack with the antibiotic and pump which I wore around my neck. Now I have a sore neck with pain radiating to my shoulder and arm and I can't raise my right arm (I'm right handed) to comb my hair. The arm is very limp. I am controlling the pain with 2 tylonel 3's every 4 hours as needed. It's been about 2 weeks now and I am getting very concerned about losing the use of my arm. What can I do to regain the use of my arm. Thank you.
