What Can Be Reason For A Irritated Itchy Spot Behind The Neck Which Has Started Spreading?

I have some irritated spot on my neck, then backside and now it's spreading everywhere even my inner portion ,when I scratch it it's turn white spot and very itching, I am very much scared about this. What can I do or don't sir. Please recommend me how to cure this,

I have gone through your query.
It is very difficult to diagnose your problem without seeing the lesions. Symptoms you have mentioned may be due to fungal infection or Psoriasis. Both condition are itchy and spread without treatment. It is better to consult a local doctor for clinical examination and medicines.
In the meantime anti allergic like Levocetrizine can be taken to reduce itching. Triple action ointment can be applied and it will reduce lesion only if it is fungal infection.
Do maintain a proper hygiene of the affected part.
You can ask a follow up with a picture of lesion and with detailed history of present and past illness.
