What Can Be The Cause For Rectal Bleeding?

I am a 30 year old male. 6'3" and 220lbs. My only medical history in the last 15 years was an emergency appendectomy 5 years ago. I have rectal bleeding that occurs when I have a bowel movement. It hurts when my stools come out and there is blood on the toilet paper after I wipe. I'm not sure if it's hemorroids, a fissure, or what?
