Dear friend ,unsupervised gymnastics tha is bending, stertching has pkayed havoc in your musculoskeletal profile.unnecessary stretching has caused vertebral bones and attached muscles ,tendons to develop in a wrong fashion.the muscles which are attached with hip bones of both side has become weak causing that problem.while walking the both hip need a certain strength to carry our weight forward.in this cases the strength is lacking in both hip thus causing this odd feature.
