What Can Be The Cause For Spotting After Having Unprotected Sex?
last week I was given amoxicillin for an upper respiratory infection. I ve on birth control for 5 months now. I was taking the placebo pills monday-saturday last week and started the amoxicillin friday. I had my period monday-saturday. My boyfriend and I had unprotected sex Saturday and I experienced some brown spotting lasted for two days. What s up with that?

It is showing mostly sign of minor infection and dryness of vaginal skin, I advise you to increase the foreplay time and use lubic gel before the intercourse. Also get vaginal swab test done for infection. I advise you to maintain personal hygeine by using antiseptic soap and antibiotic Amoxicillin and clavulinic acid will be helpful.
