What Can Be The Cause Of Imprint Of Spine On Back?

Hi. My 9 yr old daughter has an imprint of her spine on her back. About 2 inches under her neck. I can see about 4 disk imprints. (slightly red imprint). She participates in hip hop dancing classes so she s been rolling around on her back. Can that be the cause?
