What Can Be The Cause Of Increased Pulse Rate, Tightness, Heaviness And Severe Pain In Head?
hi doctor..i had a sever headache few days ago and was not able to stand up and walk around..could not concentrate...I felt my head is heavy...even now I feel something is tight up on my head..and now the right side of my head (behind little bit far from my ear),the pulse is moving fast occassionally but it does not hurt.is this something serious..

Your symptoms look like a psychiatric manifestation of tension headache. so you need a psychiatrist for evaluation and taking it easy.Simple acetaminophen and Proclorperazine with some anti anxiety meds will suffice.
