Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having Labyrynthitis on left ear giving rise to this problem.
Due to infection in left ear labyrinth fluid can be disturbed and produce this symptom.
At this age possibility of having cervical spondiltis should be ruled out.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
Ok and take care.
