What Can Be The Cause Of Pain In My Hip?

After a fall 8 months ago and breaking my hip - which wasn t diagnosed for nearly 4 weeks - I am still finding walking not as easy as it used to be and I seem to have pain in my other hip now as well. Is this because I am not walking straight up as i do lean forward a bit and find I don t have the balance I used to have. I am - female - 73 yrs of age and always had good health, but suspect that I now have Arthritis.
