What Can Be The Reason For Blister Like Appearance In Children?

I have 4 year old twin boys, both of them have exczema extremely bad, however over the last week or so have developed small blister looking bumps on the inner fold of the elbows and back of knees. I was wondering what this is and If I should be worried.

hi, as your children are having eczema, these blisters with rash is mostly a form of eczema which may have secondarily got infected. I suggest you a hypo allergic body wash like cetaphil or sebamed along with a topical antibiotic for the infected rash. if the rash is spreading go for oral antibiotic. after the blisters come down apply emollients ad lib on their skin especially the flexure areas. hope this answer helps you and take care.
