What Can Be The Reason For Hard Heart Beat Suddenly?

I am a forty one female. I am 5 3 and weigh 143. I have no known health problems. The past few nights I have noticed when I am reading to my child, my heart seems to beat hard like it s not beating exactly right. Tonight, it started again but is still happening.

Hi,
increased heart rate can be because of any anxiety and stress. It can also be due to abnormalities in conduction of heart.
So whenever this occurs again get a ECG done from nearby hospital immediately.
