What Can Be The Reason For Headache And Dizziness?
i have been ill for 3 weeks started with a chesty cough had no cold just bad chest and very breathless now i have stiffness in my back and neck and i have all my glans up on my neck and it hurst t to move my neck and i keep gettin poundin headaches and dizzyness

First of all, we should exclude serious diseases namely Ankylosing spondylitis by doing ESR and CRP in the blood.
If you did not have this serious illness, you would need other investigations such as; CT Chest, CT Abdomen and CT brain.
Taking a biopsy from the enlarged gland is essential to diagnose your case. Headache and dizziness are symptoms of a hidden disease,so we should know it first.
