What Can Be The Reason For Severe Pain In Chest, Neck, Jaw And Back?

have been operated for TOF and got pv replacement done in 2001 . from last 10 days having pain in my chest , neck, lower jaw, upper back, left arm specially in elbow and wrist and as something is pricking in my back and chest .now it is severe from last three days.

It might be a non-specific body pain and is not related to your cardiac condition or surgery.

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Acetaminophen or Tramadol for pain relief.
