What Can Be The Reason For The Pain In The Urethra?
hi i am suffering with kind of pain and i feel that pain is in my urethra (penis). it may be this happening because of stent which is placed in my ureter after a pyloplasty... so i want to is what is exactly reason of this pain and what should i do. do you recommend any kind of pain killer
Hello and welcome to HCM. Your concern is understandable. After pyeloplasty, what time has lapsed and whether you're on antibiotics, is not mentioned. If you're not on any antibiotic, then get your urine routine and culture test done, to know if there's any infection. The possibility of infection, is one cause for such pain. Drink 10 glasses liquids daily. The stent can give rise to similar pain, which will disappear, once the stent is removed. A pain killer tablet would have been prescribed, which you can check with your surgeon.
