Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My daughter has a corn on the heel of her foot that has formed a scab. There is now a faint red line going up her instep away from her corn that she says itches and it did not appear until she started scratching it. She does not have a fever and otherwise feels fine. Could this be a sign of infection and how urgently should we get this looked at?
HI Thank for asking to HCM I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that if this is the corn then this nee to be excised surgically and there is no option beside this, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
