What Can Cause A Bruising And Swelling Feeling Around The Area Of Needle Prick?
I have had a blood test today and it was taken from the side of my arm it immediately started bruising and has now swollen i have all the brusing colours and pins and needles in my hand and fingers and the area surrounding it is hot and red. Should I be concerned and see my doctor?

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that the needle end is very sharp and this could cause trauma very easily and this might be the cause of your bruise and swelling, still infection part need to be ruled out, take care and have a nice day.
