Hi, My daughter is 10 years old and has been complaining of stomach pain over the past few days. She is ok during the day but then at night she gets the pain. A couple nights ago she vomited and then the night after that woke up feeling extreamly ill and tonight she woke up with pains in her stomach again and her nose was bleeding. Are these symtoms related and should I be taking her to a doctor or is this a type of flu that just needs to go though her system? There is no fever but she is nauseated now.
