Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

She may be suffering from incontinence of bowels and urine may be due to neuropthy or diabeties or lumbar spondylosis or compressive myelopathy etc.

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Gelly like substance may be a mucous due to irritation or leaking or hemorrhods etc.

Maintain good sanitation and good hygeine.

Please consult your physician/neurophysician they will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Penchila Prasad Kandikattu, Internal Medicine Specialist
