What Can Cause Black Outs And Body Imbalance?
wife has been having black out spells. I saw it happen today. She couldn t get her balance and then she sat down and just a frozen stare I called her name and waved my hand in front of her face but no response. She did snap out of it but she said she could hear me but couldn t move her head

She may be suffering from postural hypotension or seizure disorder or hypoglycemia or hypocalcemia etc.
Other possibilities are like myocardial infarction or posterior circulation stroke or joint fracture etc.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Use tablet Vertin. Make her lie down immediately after the attack to prevent injuries and to improve circulation to brain.
Please consult your physician/cardiologist, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
