What Can Cause Blood In Urine Along With Backache And Fatigue?

I have had a problem with my bladder for past four weeks, when I pass urine I had blood clots and they sent urine off for culture and it come back negative, now I am having back pain around kidney area along with pressure when I use bathroom, fever, fatigue weakness sore throat headaches and no appetite,

Hi,

Blood in the urine has to be evaluated thoroughly. You can consult a urologist and get an ultrasound scan done. If anything suspicious is detected in the bladder, a cystoscopy and biopsy may be required. As of now drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated.
