Hi,

As your history suggests you had ulcers so again the ulcer may have developed and started bleeding.

Another possibility is inflammatory bowel disease which has been stimulated from food leading to an allergic reaction in the gut.

However, to tell precisely I need further your history:
Colour of blood,
any drugs you are taking,
and any history of anal fissure.

Your feedback will help to arrive at a proper conclusion and accordingly you would be treated.

You can directly report to the emergency room as well. But do it immediately as bleeding in stools is a matter of urgent care.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
