What Can Cause Cramps In The Lower Stomach While On Zestoretic?
My husband is taking a generic zestoretic...lisinopril-hctz 20-12.5. His bp is normal (range was 189/128 for a long time) now 128/76. He takes 1/2 iat 7 a.m. No issues. Takes the other half at 7 p.m. And experiences low stomach cramps. This is about an hour or so after dinner. No other symptoms that I am aware of.

Abdominal pain or cramping can occur with Hydrochlorothiazide (HCTZ). Check his serum electrolytes (sodium and potassium levels.)
