Hi
I am Dr Mittal (diabetician)
I have read your query
And will try to answer your query

It seems to me you may be developing hypoglycemia (relative)
In other words, your sugar levels are going down
All your symptoms are typical to hypoglycemia

You have already said that the sugars levels were relatively constant and well controlled
It seems to me that the additional work needed in trying to sell the house is taking its toll
The extra work will also take up its sugar needs

There are ideally 2 ways to deal with it
1. meet your doctor to reduce the dose of the medicine temporarily
2. have some sugary drink when you start to have the symptoms

I should tell you, many doctors consider hypoglycemia as a more dangerous condition than hyperglycemia

Best of luck
Dr Mittal
