What Can Cause Itching Around The Neck And Back?

I suddenly had itchy skin around my neck and back close to my nape.. there are also red marks on my upoer arms.. in my thigh there are itchy parts with marks kike those when bitten by mosquitos just now... i took 1tbsp and 2 teaspoons of sugar.. what could these be and what can I do?

Hi,

Most probably it could be due to seborrhic dermatitis. It’s a kind of fungal infection and nothing much to worry as it can be cured with timely treatment.

We have to rule out other conditions before making a diagnosis. You can consult a dermatologist and get evaluated. As of now you can apply topical anti-fungal ointment like Clotrimazole for symptomatic relief.
